How do I register to bid?

Registration is free and grants you access to live bidding and weekly asset updates:

  • How to Register: Visit neilagency.com, click the AuctionTime button, and select "Register to Bid."

  • Instant Access: Register early to save time; you can browse listings before completing registration.

  • Bonus Perk: Registered bidders receive a complimentary subscription to the weekly auction magazine.

Can I place an outside or proxy bid?

Yes. You can bid live or set up automated proxy bids from any mobile device or computer:

  • Proxy Bidding: Set an outside bid early, and the system will automatically bid on your behalf.

  • Live Bidding: Join the live auction in real time using your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

  • Instant Alerts: Receive immediate email notifications when you win an item or if you are outbid.

What are the payment terms for winning bidders?

We require secure electronic payment methods immediately following the close of the auction:

  • Accepted Methods: Payment must be made via bank wire transfer or major credit card.

  • Not Accepted: Cashier’s checks and cash are strictly not accepted.

  • Invoicing: Winning bidders will receive an email notification and invoice immediately after the auction ends with payment instructions. Once payment is received, bidders will receive a "Paid in Full" invoice to schedule a pickup for winning items.

  • Processing Fees: Wire transfers incur a $20 fee. Credit card payments incur a 4.00% bank processing fee.

How do I arrange pickup for items I won?

Buyers are entirely responsible for the loading, logistics, and transport of all won assets:

  • Release Requirements: You must present a "Paid in Full" invoice to collect your items from the seller.

  • Logistics Support: Find certified shippers at auctiontime.com, or contact us directly for a trusted transport list.

  • Loading & Manpower: Buyers must bring their own loading equipment and labor. Sellers are not required to assist.

  • Liability: Neither the seller nor Neil Agency Auctioneers handles transport, loading, or securement. Come prepared.
