Can I place an outside or proxy bid?
Yes. You can bid live or set up automated proxy bids from any mobile device or computer:

What are the payment terms for winning bidders?
We require secure electronic payment methods immediately following the close of the auction:

Accepted Methods: Payment must be made via bank wire transfer or major credit card.

Not Accepted: Cashier’s checks and cash are strictly not accepted.

Invoicing: Winning bidders will receive an email notification and invoice immediately after the auction ends with payment instructions. Once payment is received, bidders will receive a "Paid in Full" invoice to schedule a pickup for winning items.

Processing Fees: Wire transfers incur a $20 fee. Credit card payments incur a 4.00% bank processing fee.
How do I arrange pickup for items I won?
Buyers are entirely responsible for the loading, logistics, and transport of all won assets:

Release Requirements: You must present a "Paid in Full" invoice to collect your items from the seller.

Logistics Support: Find certified shippers at auctiontime.com, or contact us directly for a trusted transport list.

Loading & Manpower: Buyers must bring their own loading equipment and labor. Sellers are not required to assist.

Liability: Neither the seller nor Neil Agency Auctioneers handles transport, loading, or securement. Come prepared.
