  • HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL SEE MY AD?                                                                                                

What's wonderful about AuctionTime is the fact that there are thousands upon thousands of bidders registered throughout North America to use this service, so many will see it. Additionally, Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC creates an advertisement of your equipment and utilizes the services of Facebook to purchase an ad, customizes an audience throughout North America specifically for your inventory, and promotes it on the Neil Agency website and four Facebook sites for a greater reach to bidders.

  • DO I HAVE TO SHIP MY ITEM(S) TO THE BIDDER?

No. The bidder will either travel to pick up their winning item or send someone to collect it from you. There is no cost to the client/seller for transportation, shipping, or handing as it is the responsibility of the bidder.

 
  • AS A CLIENT/SELLER, WILL MY ITEMS SELL, AND WILL I RECEIVE A LOT OF MONEY FOR MY ITEM(S)?
As with any auction, there is no secret formula that tells us whether your items will sell or that you will make a fortune. ​Our research shows there are a few factors however that possibly dictate the end result: a) what is the want; b) what is the need; 3) what else is going on in the country; and d) is it a pay day. There may be other factors, however, we believe these are the primary reasons.
  • HOW DO I BECOME A BIDDER ON AUCTIONTIME?
There is no charge to register for AuctionTime. Go to auctiontime.com and register to bid at the top of the menu. You can also view items without registering, but make sure you are registered to bid to save you time.
 
  • HOW DO I USE THE SERVICE?    
                               
Go to auctiontime.com. To search for an item, type in the Lot # on the upper left-hand corner of the website (you can visit neilagency.com to help you obtain a lot number quickly), and to view ALL items, details, and photos up for auction by Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC.
 
  • CAN I PLACE AN OUTSIDE BID ON AN AUCTION ITEM? IF SO, HOW?
You must register to bid but there is no charge to register. Once you have registered, you will not have to register again for any auction. You can also place proxy (outside) bids and receive automatic notices about your bid(s). As a registered member, you will also receive a free weekly magazine to view items up for auction throughout North America. For more information on auctiontime.com and bidding, go to auctiontime.com, and look for "Can I Bid" or "How To" on the top menu.
  • HOW DO I **PAY AND COLLECT THE ITEMS I WON IN THE AUCTION?
Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC accepts wire transfers, credit cards and cashier's checks for payment. Once the auction has ended for the item you have won, Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC is notified of the winners. Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC will send you an invoice with payment information that includes credit card fees (if applicable) and the tax you will be charged (excludes rolling stock requiring titles and registration). Once your payment has been received, we will send you contact information for you to make arrangements with the client/seller. **Note: New Mexico taxes are added if the bidder(s) comes to collect the winning item(s) (regardless of residency throughout North America). If the bidder hires a 3rd party (transport or hauling company - must have ID) the bidder will not be charged New Mexico tax. (Per the State of New Mexico Taxation Department.)
  • HOW DO I GET MY ITEM(S)?

You can make arrangements for transport or you can travel to the site and collect it from the client/seller. Visit auctiontime.com to view a list of transport companies, or call Neil Agency Auctioneers for a list of transport companies for you to consider. Additionally, unless the client has the capability to help you load your inventory, you are responsible to obtain a mover or provide transport. Neil Agency Auctioneers, LLC is the auction representative and is not responsible for transport or loading. The client/seller asks that you come prepared.
